VC++ graduation design management system, the double-choice system of the School of Mechanical Engineering Graduation Design has added the functions of teacher grouping and the number of people selected for certain topics. The following explains the new functions:
1. After the teacher logs in on the homepage of the system, click "Teacher Group" in the menu bar on the left side of the page to enter the grouping page. After entering, two link menus appear in the middle of the page. They are "View existing teacher group" and "Register new teacher group".
(1) "View existing teachers group" provides the functions of viewing, joining groups and deleting individuals from their group. After clicking to enter, you can see the grouping of all teachers. You can select the group you want to join here, but you cannot join again. After clicking "Join", you can see your name in the corresponding group member list. If there is no group suitable for me, you can click "Teacher Group" in the menu on the left side of the page again to register in "Register a new teacher group". However, teachers who have joined the group cannot register for a new group.
(2) "Register new teacher group" provides registration function. After clicking to enter, you can register your new group name here. After registering, you can see your newly registered group name in "View Already Teachers Group". Teachers who have registered in the group cannot register for the second time.

Click "Apply for a topic" in the menu bar on the left side of the page to see the detailed information of the individual group in the main part of the page, including: group members, total number of students, number of published topics, "softwareThe total number of students in the category, "measurement and control category," and "secondary development" shall not exceed 15% of the total number of students that can be brought. If the number of students in the category of three projects is greater than or equal to the limit number, the number of students in the category of three projects will not be published, and there will be no impact on other topics. If the number of students that have been published shall not be published or equal to "the total number of people that can be brought in the group", any topics will not be published.
In addition, teachers may not perform the above-mentioned operations regarding "teacher grouping" and directly perform the "application topic" operation. Personal information will also be listed on the "application topic" page. The calculation method and number of people are the same as above.
