Jason xy: I installed TeXLive, type PS C:\Users\HUAWEI> tex -v, and it also displays "Sorry, but C:\Users\HUAWEI\AppData\Local\Programs\MiKTeX\miktex\bin\x64\ did not succeed. The log file hopefully contains the information to get MiKTeX going again: C:\Users\HUAWEI\AppData\Local\MiKTeX\miktex\log\" I installed it on the D drive and have added "D:\texlive\2022\bin\win32" to the environment variable. Follow the poster's method, type "D:\texlive\2022\bin\win32> .\", but the prompt "updmap [ERROR]: Either -sys or -user mode is required. updmap [ERROR]: In nearly all cases you should use updmap -sys. updmap [ERROR]: For special cases see /texlive/ D:\texlive\2022\bin\win32\:915: command failed with exit code 1: d:\texlive\2022\texmf-dist\scripts\texlive\" Please help from all the guys
