As an applicant, what questions should the interviewer be asked at the end of the interview?

Almost all interviews will leave some time for applicants to ask questions at the end. Many applicants end the entire interview process with no questions. In fact, I feel that this question time is still very useful. Asking some questions correctly will not only give you a better understanding of the employer, but also may add points to your interview or even affect the interview results. So what questions should be asked? The following are my personal opinions, I hope they can be helpful to everyone.

If you are participating in a technical interview, and the person who interviews you is also from a technical background, you can ask some questions about the technology, project structure, process, personnel composition and other questions used in the project, or ask what kind of technology you need for the position you are applying for. I think the more detailed the questions, the better, because the previous process of the interview is generally a one-way question-and-answer mode, not a real communication between each other, and the questioning session can give you the opportunity to show your technical ability and interests, and it is also easy for them to deepen their impression of you.

If you have some questions that have not been answered during the previous questioning process, you can take the opportunity to let him explain it to you in the subsequent questioning session. Believe me, most people are still "good teachers". Doing this can also show that you are very serious about technology and attach great importance to this interview.

One thing to note is that if he does not take the initiative to talk to you about personal topics, it is best not to ask the interviewer’s personal questions, such as the interviewer’s position, experience, personal privacy, etc., and not to try to get close to the interviewer, as this will leave him with a bad impression of being smooth and opportunistic.

If you are interviewing with HR, you should consult the company's benefits, salary composition, promotion, salary increase and other issues you are concerned about as detailed as possible. These questions generally will not affect your interview results. If you don't understand these questions, you will be confused and regretful.

Here are some common questions I ask during the application process. You can learn from it:

1. What are the technical requirements for the position I applied for? If I'm lucky enough to get this offer, I hope I can prepare it in advance in terms of technology.

2. Can you tell me the basic situation of this project? Here you can expand on asking questions such as architecture, technology, personnel composition, development process, etc.

3. I really want to know the answer to the question just now. Can you explain to me why this is the case?

4. Can you list the salary composition of XX Company? Here you can ask the HR to list the various fees you have to pay individually every month, the various fees you have to pay by the company, etc. It is best to list a simulated payroll for you.

5. How do the company’s holidays be arranged? Single break? Double break? Annual leave? sick leave? marriage? Maternity leave? Are these regulations in the employee manual? These problems generally do not matter in regular companies, but some small companies do very despicable.

6. How often does the company usually do Salary review? How often does it take a Performance review?
